Jason Nayton
Founder & Operational Head
Jason Nayton co-founded J&M Babysitting with his close friend, Milan Jacobs, in early 2019 at the age of 16.
​
Jason volunteered at a local pre-school in his hometown, Ballito. This is where his love for children started and became the reason for the company's success. He realised that working with kids truly was his passion.
​
Jason plans to open multiple childcare institutions in the future, both in South-Africa and abroad.
Milan Jacobs
Co-Founder
Milan Jacobs co-founded J&M Babysitting with her close friend, Jason Nayton, in early 2019 at the age of 16.
​
Milan volunteered at a local orphanage working with little & loving children. She's always had a soft and loving spot in her heart for kids.
​
Milan left J&M Babysitting in 2021 to focus & further her studies. However J&M Babysitting will forever remain the first company she co-founded.
